The Flock
Our hens spend their days scratching in open pasture, foraging through grass and bugs the way nature intended. The result: deep orange yolks, sturdy shells, and the kind of flavor most folks have forgotten eggs are supposed to have.
The Next Generation
Every bird on the patch starts as a fluffy chick under our care. We hatch, brood, and raise them ourselves — no shortcuts, no factory pipeline. That's how we know exactly what's going into every egg and every cut of meat that leaves the farm.


The Pigs
Our pigs are out in the dirt and grass where they belong — rooting, wallowing, and growing slow on a wholesome diet. The marbling, the texture, the depth of flavor: it all comes from giving these animals a real life and the time to grow into it.
The Hive
Our bees work the wildflowers and clover that bloom across the patch each summer. We harvest gently, jar it raw, and send it to you exactly the way the hive made it — unfiltered, unpasteurized, and full of the prairie's best flavor.
